first was in 1999 when he completely replaced our old roof. He installed a new
roof with 3-D shingles. We called Frank back in 2006 after deciding to totally
replace and update our kitchen and master bathroom, including doors and windows.
After meeting with him and talking about our ideas and plans, he picked up on
exactly what we wanted and went to work. The result is a kitchen and bathroom
that is gorgeous, updated and spacious. Frank really takes pride in his work and

General Contractor, for the wonderful job they did finishing our basement. We
could not have asked for a better, more professional job than they provided.
Our basement was initially a nightmare to put it mildly. After dealing with two
inept contractors, Frank Devonshire took over the job. Devonshire was able to
fix all the existing problems made by the previous contractors, and complete the
basement in a timely fashion. In fact, much quicker than we thought possible.
